By accessing or using TaaTransport's services, you confirm that:

• You accept these Terms of Service in full and agree to be legally bound by them
• You are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Irish law
• You are using our services from within Ireland or another jurisdiction where such use is legal
• You will comply with all applicable Irish and EU laws and regulations
• You provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services
• You understand that quotes generated by our calculator are estimates and final costs may vary based on actual volume and distance
• You acknowledge that we may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Yes, we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time:

• Notification: We will provide notice of material changes via email (if you have an account) or through a banner on our website
• Continued use: Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms
• Review period: We recommend reviewing these terms periodically - the "Last Updated" date at the top shows when changes were made
• Major changes: For significant changes affecting your rights, we will provide 30 days' notice when possible
• Opt-out: If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using our services

These Terms of Service are governed by:

You may use TaaTransport's moving cost calculator and services for:

• Personal use: Estimating moving costs for your own household moves within Ireland
• Business use: Estimating costs for company relocations or commercial moves
• Educational purposes: Learning about moving costs and logistics
• Comparison: Comparing moving costs between different scenarios or service options
• Quote saving: Downloading and saving quotes for personal reference
• Booking: Scheduling moving services through our platform
• Third-party use: Only with our explicit written consent

Commercial resale, redistribution, or republication of our calculator results or content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

When using our services, you must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent use: Using the calculator or services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Security violations: Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Scraping: Using automated means to scrape, copy, or extract data from our website
• Misrepresentation: Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Interference: Interfering with other users' access to our services
• Automated access: Using bots, crawlers, or other automated systems to access our services excessively
• Reverse engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling any part of our services
• Malicious code: Introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful code
• Copyright infringement: Violating intellectual property rights of TaaTransport or third parties

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

If you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not use another user's account without permission
• Not create accounts using automated methods

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or for any other reason at our discretion.

Our payment and booking terms include the following important provisions:

• Quotes are estimates: Quotes generated by our calculator are estimates based on the information you provide. Final costs may vary based on actual volume, exact distance, and on-site conditions.
• Quote validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of generation, unless otherwise stated
• Deposit requirements: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time
• Payment methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, and bank transfers (SEPA)
• VAT: All quotes include 23% Irish Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable
• Additional charges: May apply for waiting time (€30/hour after 30 minutes), parking fees, long carries, or extra items not in original quote
• Final payment: Balance is due upon successful completion of moving services
• Invoices: Detailed invoices are provided via email within 24 hours of service completion

We accept payments in Euro (€) only. All transactions are securely processed.

Our cancellation terms are as follows (based on notice before scheduled move time):

• 7+ days notice (168+ hours): Full refund of deposit minus €25 administrative fee
• 3-7 days notice (72-168 hours): 50% of deposit refunded
• 48-72 hours notice: 25% of deposit refunded
• 24-48 hours notice: No refund of deposit (100% deposit retained)
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of total quoted amount charged
• Same day cancellation: 75% of total quoted amount charged
• No-show (no contact): Full quoted amount charged
• Rescheduling: Free if requested 48+ hours in advance; €50 fee if less than 48 hours

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to bookings@taatransport.ie or by phone at 085 115 8806.

If you have additional items not included in your original quote:

• We will assess the additional items on-site
• We will provide a real-time quote for moving the extra items
• You have the option to accept the additional cost or leave the items behind
• Additional items are charged at our standard rate of €40/m³ plus applicable distance costs
• Payment for additional items is due on the day of service
• We cannot guarantee that additional items will fit in the allocated vehicle space

To avoid surprises, please ensure your inventory is as accurate as possible when getting your quote.

Important limitations to understand when using our services:

• Calculator accuracy: Quotes are estimates based on algorithms and the information you provide. We do not guarantee that quotes will match final costs exactly.
• Service availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our website or services
• Third-party content: We are not responsible for content, products, or services on third-party websites linked from our site
• Maximum liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Indirect damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, strikes, accidents, traffic conditions, or government actions
• Property damage: Our liability for damage to your property during moving services is limited to the actual cash value of the item, not replacement cost, unless you purchase additional insurance

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and goods in transit insurance as required by Irish law. Insurance certificates are available upon request.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" with the following understandings:

• No warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• No guarantee of accuracy: We do not warrant that our calculator results, quotes, or any information on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free
• No guarantee of results: We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• No guarantee of availability: We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Service modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice
• Consumer rights: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law that cannot be lawfully excluded

For moving services, we provide specific service warranties in your service agreement, including careful handling of your belongings and professional conduct by our staff.

If you need to file a claim for damaged items or other issues:

• Timing: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of service completion
• Documentation: Provide photos of damaged items and a detailed description of the issue
• Contact: Email claims to claims@taatransport.ie with your quote/reference number
• Inspection: We may arrange for inspection of damaged items
• Resolution: We will respond within 14 days with a proposed resolution
• Disputes: If we cannot resolve the dispute, it shall be referred to mediation or the courts of Dublin

Our standard liability for damaged items is limited to €50 per item unless you have purchased additional insurance coverage.

All content on the TaaTransport website, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software
• The moving calculator algorithm and underlying code
• Design, layout, and overall appearance of the website
• Databases of furniture items and pricing structures

is the property of TaaTransport or our licensors and is protected by Irish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from our website without our prior written consent.

"TaaTransport" and our logo are registered trademarks. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without explicit written permission. This includes:

• Using our name in a way that could cause confusion with our brand
• Implying endorsement or affiliation without authorization
• Using our logo on your website or marketing materials without a formal licensing agreement
• Registering domain names that include our trademarks
